What patients do you work with?

While our services are heavily focused on seniors, we do work with all patient populations to manage their medications and provide disease state management.

Do you take insurance?

No.  Currently, we do not accept insurance, but we do offer affordable plans and services.

Are you a pharmacy?

No.  We are not a pharmacy and do not provide prescriptions.

Do I have to pay my subscription fees all at once?

No.  You can pay your annual fee monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. 

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay my subscription fee?

Yes, you can use your FSA or HAS cards through the patient portal as you set up your account. 

Can I get a refund on my subscription service?

You can cancel at any time and the remainder of your fee will be refunded; however, you are not able to be refunded for services previously rendered.
