During the review a licensed pharmacist will gather patient-specific information to identify medication-related issues and create a plan to resolve them with the patient and/or the provider.

Price: $125
A Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) is a face-to-face or virtual encounter between the patient and their pharmacist.
During the review a licensed pharmacist will gather patient-specific information to identify medication-related issues and create a plan to resolve them with the patient and/or the provider.
Caregiver Training
Price: $50/hr
Our caregiver training will provide caregivers with essential tools and strategies to best manage the care of their clients or loved one. We want to ensure caregivers are equipped to manage all aspects of the care they are assigned to provide.
